Why are the “adoption fees” for small dogs so high?
Would someone please explain why the “adoption fee” for Yorkshire terriers are so high? There are some local rescues who have fees that are 175 to 700 dollars! I support and am willing to pay a reasonable adoption fee but 700$ ? I could buy a purebred whatever puppy for that I’m sure. Heck in [...]
