Each breed is different. None are related directly to each other. Try checking here and see if you find what your looking for. It sounds like a toy breed either way.

There are several breeds related to poodles. try looking up yorkiepoos or pomapoos.They are cross breeds but they are small and very loving ,good natuered dogs.

There are cross-breeds called shnoodles and cockapoos. And there is a dog called the Portuguese Water Dog that looks all curly like a poodle.

You’re probably thinking of a cross, i.e. cockapoo. I have had poodles for many years and they are really sweet dogs.
